William J. Maguire, Esq.

Mr. Maguire practices in civil litigation, bankruptcy and wealth preservation matters. Mr. Maguire also has experience with federal, state and local tax matters, voting arrangements, merger agreements and service contracts. Prior to opening Maguire Law Chartered, Mr. Maguire practiced at two large Florida law firms: Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., and Broad and Cassel.

While in law school, Mr. Maguire received Book Awards in multiple subjects, graduating in the top two percent of his class in only two and a half years. He also clerked for the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 transportation company while attending law school full-time. Mr. Maguire then went on to earn an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Mr. Maguire is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
